Formula
Ishta = sqrt(Cheshta Bala x Uchcha Bala), using roopa-scale values.
Kashta = 60 - Ishta (clamped to 0-60).
Worked Example
If Cheshta = 36 and Uchcha = 25, Ishta = sqrt(900) = 30, Kashta = 30.
This arithmetic is directly reproducible by hand.
