Saptamsa (D7) — Children

• Lagna lord Jupiter in 12th house.
• Children mapping rule: 1st child → Aries (lord Mars → Leo as reference lagna); 2nd child → Cancer; 3rd child → Aries; 4th child → Leo.

• Jupiter (8th lord) conjunct Mars in D6's 8th house; Jupiter acts as Bhakhesha Mars → "terrible hit."
• Sixth lord of D6 is exalted but in Māraṇa Kāraka Sthāna, aspecting Mars.
• Parivartana between Saturn and Venus in D6 → Venus (vehicle karaka) indirectly involved; may have softened the violence.

Conclusion from D6: Some sudden serious injury/accident is likely. Not initially confirmed as vehicular from D6 alone.

Shodashamsa D16 — Vehicles

• Lagna lord and 9th lord in mutual aspect.
• Sixth lord Sun in 3rd house; 8th lord Venus in 2nd house.
• Hora lord not prominently involved in negative yoga → vehicular accident less confirmed here.
• Key clarification: D16 shows accidents involving one's own vehicle. If another vehicle struck the person, D16 of the native will not show it clearly — the accident appears in D6.

The Gandanta Principle

[!IMPORTANT] Gandanta = the junction between water and fire signs: Pisces/Aries, Cancer/Leo, Scorpio/Sagittarius. The last Navamsa of the water sign and first Navamsa of the fire sign (technically ~3°20′ on each side) constitute Gandanta. The final 1° of Cancer and first 1° of Leo are especially malefic.

Jupiter here is at 29°51′ Cancer — only 9 minutes from the Gandanta border. This is extreme Gandanta.

Lesson: Even a Devaguru like Jupiter, when placed in Gandanta as a functional malefic and afflicted, will deliver a serious blow in his Antardasha. The fact that Jupiter is Atmakaraka prevented death — Atmakaraka never wants to end the soul's journey; the accident became life-changing and potentially spiritually awakening.

[!TIP] If a client comes before a Jupiter Antardasha and Jupiter is in deep Gandanta, advise Mrityunjaya Mantra (108 times daily for 40 days) to reduce the magnitude of the event. Astrologers cannot avoid karma but can reduce its intensity.

Result-Exchange Rule Revisited: Rahu with Jupiter/Moon/Sun

Rule: Jupiter, Sun, and Moon will never voluntarily exchange results with Rahu when conjunct (only two planets). Mars may sometimes exchange with Rahu. If a third planet like Mercury is present, it may mediate and an exchange could occur. When uncertain, use intuition and check additional factors (sign lord's friendship with Rahu, aspects, etc.).

🌐 Trimsamsa (D30) & Pancha-Tattva Doctrine

Three Variants of D30

Use Parivritti for moral/legal investigations ("did this person commit a crime?"). Use Sashtamsya-like for "will this person suffer this year?" Use standard Parashara D30 for identifying physical vulnerabilities.

Pancha-Tattva in Trimsamsa

In D30 no planet occupies Cancer or Leo (those signs are excluded). The remaining ten signs map to the five tattvas:

[!IMPORTANT] If Rahu and Ketu occupy a Mercury sign (Gemini/Virgo) in D30 and afflict a key planet → possible bone fracture in life. If in Jupiter sign → serious, even life-threatening event (Manuṣya Hatyā Yoga if Jupiter is also there with nodes).

In this annual D30: Rahu–Ketu in Sagittarius (Jupiter's sign = Ākāśa Tattva) conjunct Jupiter himself (Manuṣya Hatyā Yoga). Most serious possible outcome for that year confirmed.

Akasha Tattva: Unlike other tattvas, Ākāśa has no single physical signification — it binds all elements together. Ruled by Viṣṇu among the Pañca Loka Pālakas. When Ākāśa is afflicted, existential/systemic threats arise.

⚡ Shula Dasha (Shora Dasha) Principles

Shula Dasha (also called Shora Dasha) is Shiva's progression through the zodiac. It shows Shiva's śūla (trident) striking various houses — bringing serious illness, accidents, or death.

• No Antardasha required; just the Dasha sign is sufficient for analysis.

Key Signs to Watch

[!NOTE] Shula Dasha governs serious events only (not minor scratches). If a Shula Dasha sign is afflicted, it indicates major suffering, grave illness, or death — not small setbacks.

In this chart: Aquarius = most malefic trine from Arudha Lagna. Afflicted by Badhakesha Sun, Jupiter (6th lord in deep Gandanta afflicted by Rahu), and Moon. During Aquarius Shula Dasha, a major health blow is expected.

Pitru Shula Dasha (for Father's Events)

To see events affecting father from a child's chart, start Shula Dasha from the 9th house (stronger of 9th and its 7th).

From Kiran's chart:

• 9th house = Taurus. Stronger of Taurus/Scorpio = Taurus. First Dasha = Taurus.
• Event happened in Taurus Dasha itself (first Dasha).
• A9 (Arudha of 9th house) = Capricorn. Trines from Capricorn → Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn.
• In Taurus: Sun (pitru karaka) afflicted by Ketu (a maraka for 9th house); Ketu itself is a maraka.
• Sthira Pitru Karaka = stronger of Sun and Venus = Sun (daytime chart, 4 planets). Sun is in that same sign under attack.
• Conclusion: Serious suffering to father confirmed.

Example: 8th lord Venus in Leo (5th sign of natural zodiac) → stomach issues. 6th lord Mars in 10th house → knee/leg area.

Confirmed for Chandrashekar: Jupiter (6th lord) in Gandanta (Cancer/Leo junction, late Cancer) → leg problems. Jupiter in 10th house from Lagna → knee area. Accident resulted in leg injuries.
