Verse 115 — 10th Lord in 7th House (Rājyeśe Dārabhāvasthe)

Rājyeśe dārabhāvasthe jāto dārā sukhānvitaḥ. Manasvī guṇavān vāgmī satya dharma rataḥ sadā.

[!NOTE] Manasvī literally means "one who has a mind" — interpreted as compassionate, mindful, concerned about others. Not just intelligence.
